Leak Scan Data Request Checklist (Lite)
Goal: 30–45 minutes of prep so our 60–90 min working session is evidence-based, not vibes.
Rule: If you don't have something, skip it or estimate. We work with partials.
A) Access + context (2 minutes)
- Company name + website
- Your role + who owns Sales/Marketing/RevOps
- CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive/other)
- Sales motion: Inbound / Outbound / PLG / Partner (pick all that apply)
- Typical deal size (range) + average sales cycle (range)
B) Lead-to-first-response (10 minutes)
Provide one of the following:
- Best: last 30 days inbound leads export with timestamps (created + first response)
- Good: screenshot/report showing response time distribution
- OK: estimate: "% responded <1h / <4h / <24h"
Fields (ideal columns):
- lead_id (or email/domain), lead_created_at, first_response_at, source/channel, owner
C) Meeting → proposal velocity (10 minutes)
Provide 5–10 recent opportunities (closed-won + lost mixed).
Fields:
- opp_id, meeting_date, proposal_sent_date, proposal_amount, stage, outcome, reason_lost (if you have it)
If you don't track proposal dates:
- Provide the meeting date + the date the quote/proposal email was sent (approx ok).
D) Follow-up discipline (5 minutes)
For the same 5–10 opps, provide:
- last activity date after proposal
- number of follow-ups within 3 days (estimate ok)
Fields:
- proposal_sent_date, first_followup_date, followups_count_7d (or approximate)
E) Handoffs (optional, 5 minutes)
If you have SDR → AE → CS handoff:
- where handoff happens (stage name)
- typical delay (hours/days)
- what usually gets lost (free text)
F) Artifacts (optional but powerful)
Any of:
- your pipeline stages list (just names)
- your SLA doc (if exists)
- 1 call recording or transcript (redacted ok)
- 1 anonymized proposal PDF
Privacy / redaction rule
- Remove personal data if needed. Company-level timestamps + stage movement is enough.
